Janice has worked with riders and horses for more than a quarter of a century.

Janice has worked in the equine industry in a number of capacities, including as riding instructor, trainer, breeder, stable manager, barn owner, feed store owner, horse show manager, open show judge, horse show announcer, columnist, consultant, and has been retained as an expert in her field to give testimony in a court of law.

She has worked with every discipline from Western Pleasure and Barrel races to Paso's and Hunters. She is heard saying that "A horse is still a horse, no matter what he's doing or what breed he is".

Janice is currently teaching English and Western, jumping, and up through second level dressage. She has trained regional champions over fences, and national champions in Western and English Pleasure. In addition to the typical classes, she teaches "atypical" classes in "Equisizing" (exercise on horseback), Zen riding (deep breathing and meditation on horseback) and therapeutic riding for both horse and rider.

Janice is currently writing a book on 'The Language and Psychology of The Horse". And has conducted lectures and seminars throughout the country on this topic. She has clients as far as England and Germany to Egypt.
